TEMPORARY WORK

Temporary work consists in particular in:

Assisting employers in recruiting temporary employees for positions whose specificity does not require enormous experience and competence.
Helping employers whose human resources have temporarily decreased due to holidays, sickness, etc.
Helping employers who need an additional employee, even for a few hours.

Temporary work is a work relationship between three entities: an employee, an ordering company and a temporary employment agency. Work in this system, formally consists in the fact that the employee is employed in our Select Employment Agency and performs his duties in the ordering company.

Certainly, it should be emphasized that the company, using the services of the Select Work Agency, is charged for the service only and excluded by a VAT invoice, and all aspects related to personnel policy, payment of taxes, insurance, payouts, etc. are carried out by the Employment Agency.

Do you need an employee just to distribute your leaflets? Or maybe you need a person who will clean your office or move a few hard things in a few hours? The offer is also addressed to gastronomy, offering waiters,  Kitchen Porters (KP's), etc. You can satisfy all these functions thanks to temporary employees.
